On the occasion of the traditional Double Festivals of "National Day" and "Mid Autumn Festival", in order to reflect the company's welfare, reward and thank the Jetfly experts who have been working hard on the front line of their positions for a long time, and at the same time boost morale, enhance combat power, and further enrich internal material and cultural life, according to the company's "Sunflower" project work plan and after research and decision by company leaders, a group barbecue interactive activity was grandly held from September 9 to September 12, 2023. Currently, The event ended successfully.
1、 Promote in batches, rain or shine
The event officially kicked off on September 9th, during which all staff overcame the serious factors of bad weather and truly achieved uninterrupted weather. To improve the quality of the event, we organized it in three batches, with each batch divided into 10 groups. After the on-site public selection of the team leader, the activities were carried out in a lively and colorful manner. Although the heavens are not beautiful, as long as our activity documents are publicly announced, we must hold them on schedule.
2. Exquisite ingredients with strong support
To meet the barbecue taste of all staff, we conducted a thorough investigation before the event and continuously optimized the 'Ingredients List'. Based on the original plan of 13 categories of ingredients, we added 6 new categories in sequence. Representatives of meat ingredients: chicken leg, saury, chicken chop, volcanic stone sausage, chicken wings, beef balls, Taiwan hot dogs, crispy sausages, etc. 12 kinds, and vegetable ingredients: coriander, leek, flammulina velutipes, tofu pieces, potato chips, etc. 7 kinds. Because the ingredients we prepared are exquisite and diverse, the personnel have achieved freedom and self-help in selecting materials. In addition, each table is equipped with both drinks (Qingdao Beer) and beverages (Coca Cola/Sprite) according to the standard.
3、 Actively participating and enjoying the mid-term
In early September, the company launched the "Sunflower" corporate culture project and established relevant incentive mechanisms, which directly increased the participation rate of personnel activities. At the barbecue site, Mr. Feng personally led a team to perform brushing, flipping, and teaching by example.
