01Incoming laminates, copper foil and project files are checked before the job enters production. CAM and MI teams lock the stack-up, material lot and manufacturability notes.
02Inner-layer patterns are transferred, developed and inspected before lamination. Controlled imaging keeps fine lines, registration and copper geometry stable from panel to panel.
03Mechanical and laser drilling create the vias and tooling features that connect the stack-up. Tool life, hole quality and panel identification remain tied to the work order.
04Copper is built to the required thickness through controlled plating and pattern transfer. The line setup is matched to the board construction and finish requirements.
05Stacked cores and prepregs are laminated under a controlled recipe, then moved through dry-process operations with clean handling and stable temperature control.
06Soldermask, silkscreen and surface finish are applied to protect the circuit and prepare the board for assembly. Finish selection follows the electrical and reliability needs of the project.
07AOI, flying-probe, electrical and laboratory checks verify the finished board before release. Findings are recorded against the same order and manufacturing history.
08Boards are packed with the inspection record, quantity confirmation and shipping documents. The final handoff keeps the engineering and quality evidence with the delivered lot.
